If you spend more than $50.00 the shipping is FREE.
More Than Paws primarily use Australia Post for the dispatch of orders. However, based on the weight of certain products, we may opt to send order by courier.
If we need to send your order in two separate shipments, no additional charges will apply.
We will happily dispatch orders overseas with Australia Post.
Please send us an enquiry with the product, size and country you wish the order to go to and we will advise postage charge before the payment is made and the product is dispatched.
Delivery is usually within 2 - 7 business days with Australia Post.
Most orders are dispatched 24 - 48 hours after placement and the tracking details will be sent to you.
Some orders may be dispatched separately, to ensure that you at least get part of your order within a reasonable time.
If your order is received on a weekend or a public holiday, it will not be processed until the next business day.
If your order is delayed in anyway, you will be informed within 24 hours.
Please let us know if you need the order urgently so we can Express Post your order.
If you choose to pay by Direct Debit rather than Credit Card, your order will not be dispatched until the funds have cleared in our bank account. Some transfers may not appear in our Bank Account for 24 hours.
More Than Paws is set up as an Australian service provider.
If you wish to send an item overseas please send us an enquiry with the product name, size and country you to post to so we can calculate the correct postage. We will send a Paypal invoice for payment prior to dispatch.
More Than Paws will take every care to ensure your products are packaged securely at time of dispatch.
Please choose carefully. We do not refund if you change your mind or make the wrong selection.
All clearance items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
If your goods do reach you in unsatisfactory condition, a claim MUST be made in writing within 7 days from receipt of order/goods to email@example.com
Products must be returned within 14 days of delivery date and MUST be in original packaging.
We reserve the right to replace or repair goods that fall under manufacturer fault.
No refund on freight costs.
